DSTG

The patented DSTG/DSG double swing-arm NC-transfer system are one of the most recent developments, and thanks to their rigid design, higher stroke rates are possible. The different sizes allow the transfer system to be used on various forming presses with a maximum bolster length of 5500 mm.
The gripper rail profiles can be designed either as continuous or exchangeable rails. Depending on the products to be transported and the installation situation, a profile of up to 200 x 200 mm can be freely selected.
The open design and high flexibility enables both transfer systems to be used on various presses in the case of a new purchase or upgrades and retrofits.

The transfer systems are designed for 2D as well as 3D applications with lifting stroke.

NGT Series

The new NGT transfer systems are based on the well-known quality and feature the functionalities of the Sander transfer systems.

This of course includes a control system, which ensures that the transfer system runs 100% synchronously with the press at all times.
The NGT systems are designed for 2D and 3D operation for medium & high volume production.

High transport quality, free programmability of all movements, vibration compensation and central lubrication are examples of the product’s standard.
A dashboard which visualizes performance and maintenance data at a glance is accessible via the touch screen control.

The component selection and design are deliberately aimed at minimizing maintenance costs.
In addition, we offer our well-known 24-hour spare parts service, which ensures high availability of the systems.
Predictive maintenance strategies are supported via OPC/UA interface.

The scope of delivery includes an up to 45-stage parts sensing, which can be expanded with additional functions.
A freely programmable virtual cam controller offers up to 32 inputs/outputs to control sensors and drives.

Last but not least, all NGT systems come with throughput optimization software.
This tool determines the throughput-optimized interaction of press, die and transfer during the design phase.
This software also provides the motion data to enable virtual commissioning on the basis of digital twins.

THGV

The patented THGV/TGV NC-transfer systems were developed specially for high-speed presses and automatic punching presses. Stroke rates of up to 200 1/min are possible.
The compact design makes the application on various forming presses with a bolster length of maximum 2000 mm possible.
The open design and high flexibility enables the THGV/THV transfer systems to be used on various presses in the case of a new purchase or upgrades and retrofits.

HST

The HST transfer system with patented high performance scissor lift drive was developed for attachment to the outer side of large presses.
This system enables large travel ranges and 100% utilization of the open throat as well as the press interior.
The different design sizes HST 900, 1200 and 1500 allow the transfer system to be used on various forming presses with a maximum bolster length of 10000 mm.
Depending on the products to be transported and the installation situation, a profile can be freely selected.
The special design enables the HST transfer system to be used in the case of new purchase or retrofits.
